We travel from the Hunter Valley, Sydney, Wollongong, Braidwood, and the Southern Highlands to the entire South Coast, all the way to Batemans Bay. Interstate travel may also be available, depending on the individual stylist. Please note that some artists only travel certain distances based on their location, which is why travel prices can vary for each artist.

We recommend booking as early as possible. We do not take bookings more than 18 months in advance, but if your wedding is further out, feel free to reach out closer to the 12-14 month mark. It’s never too late to enquire even if your wedding is just weeks away. With a team as large as ours, there’s always a possibility we can fit you in.

Yes! We highly recommend trials to ensure we create the perfect look for your big day. It’s a great opportunity to discuss the finer details with your stylist and refine your vision. A trial helps your wedding day run seamlessly, with your look already perfected, needing only minor tweaks, if any, on the day.

Yes! We offer touch up services and can stay for second looks or style changes for an additional fee.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due closer to the wedding day.

Yes, you can book hair or makeup on its own. However, as we frequently work together, booking both hair and makeup through Willow Bridal ensures a more seamless experience. It helps the day run smoothly and makes the lead-up easier by coordinating with just one vendor instead of two. This allows for better communication, timing, and a cohesive vision for your final look.
